Consultation
An interior design consultation is the first step in transforming your space. During this two hour in person meeting, we’ll discuss your vision, needs, and lifestyle to understand how to best enhance your home or business. We’ll assess your space and identify any challenges or opportunities. We’ll talk through your preferences, goals, and how you use the space to ensure the design is both beautiful and practical. We’ll outline the design process moving forward, including timelines and available services. Whether you’re embarking on a full renovation or refreshing an existing space, the consultation lays the groundwork for a thoughtful and seamless design experience.
Design Development
The design development phase is where your vision begins to take shape. Building on the information gained during the consultation, we begin to do what we do best, to design and create a cohesive and detailed path forward. Through the use of sketches, AutoCAD drawings, mood boards, and finish samples we help you visualize the design concept. We ensure every detail aligns with your style, functionality needs, and budget, laying the groundwork for a smooth implementation into the detail drawing and specification phase.
Contract Documents
Once we have finalized the concept and signed off on the initial planning we build a detailed set of drawings, comprehensive schedules, and specification packages for every element in the project including wall, floor and ceiling details, fixtures, furnishings, and decorative finishes. These detailed packages ensure clear communication and mutual understanding between our team, the client and the trades before any work begins.
Construction Administration
The construction administration phase is where design becomes reality. During this stage, our team oversees the execution of the approved plans, working closely with contractors and consultants to ensure every detail is implemented as intended. Site visits, review of detailed shop drawings, and regular coordination help address questions, resolve issues, and maintain design integrity. This phase ensures the project stays on track, on budget, and delivers the envisioned result with precision.
Decor & Styling
The decor and styling phase is the final layer that completes the design journey. Once construction is finished and the new finishes are revealed, our team thoughtfully arranges furnishings, accent lighting, art, and accessories to create a cohesive and elevated interior. Every detail is intentionally considered to reflect the character of the space and the personality of those who will inhabit it.
